Abandoned, forgotten, left all alone, crying
Your body’s all right, but inside you’re dying
You’re question is how, how could this be?
The answer is life and its cruelty
It plays with your mind, it makes you insane
You feel nothing and the world is to blame
Pain holds the lock and you hold the key
You’re damned to Hell, that’s your reality
You feel like a rat trapped in a maze
You go through life locked in a daze
Your hopes and dreams no longer exist
You wish someone would end all of this
Your torture, your suffering, your lust for death
You wish you would finally breathe your last breath
Suffer no more, the end is near
The words that you’ve so longed to here
Into the pits of Hell, you’ll be consumed
Now follow the reaper to your doom

I saw this blog post and I was completely appalled. This is my sisters award winning poem. She entered a literary contest in and won with THIS poem. She revieced her award at a ceremony held at the University of New Orleans in LA in 1995. We still have the book she was published in! This is literary theft! My sister is an amazing poet and I do not appreciate you plagerizing her. Her name is April Carter and it was written while she was in high school in Louisiana in 1995 as it plainly says in the poem book it was published in. At least say that this it was a poem you came across and thought it was wonderful. U should never take credit for others work. its deceitful and morally wrong. U should be ashamed. Sorry but not really.
